This product is okay, even with the adapter it is still too high for my daughters wheelchair to climb. I drive a GMC Denali and it is stock height- we were hoping to use this on both our vehicles however it will never work for husbands truck as it sits higher. Some holes didn’t line up so my husband had to drill through the metal so the safety clip would slide easier. The company that wrote the descriptions have mismatching names and descriptions for all the lengths, so beware! You may not get the length that you need! I ordered a 4' x 30" and a 3' x 30" ramp, but what I received was a 3 foot and 2 foot ramp! Clearly marked on the boxes. The description in the Wayfair specifications are similarly all over the place (one of them listing the 2ft ramp at a high price and saying it's 5ft long in the description). As for the product itself, it is heavy and seems fairly sturdy, although maybe an extra hinged landing for both ends could make for an easier transition. When I opened the box for what was the 3ft ramp (when I ordered 4 ft), I found styrofoam wedged between the side pad's glue side and the metal, causing it to fold over. I tried scraping the styrofoam out and sticking it back down, but wasn't pleased with that and this makes me unsure about longterm longevity (shouldn't this be permanently glued down better?). The ramp of course is not quite long enough for my needs, so I have contacted Wayfair for a resolution. Hopefully they are able to send me the correct item, as I believe it is otherwise a good piece of equipment for one of the better prices I have seen. Pictured is the 3ft ramp on my front stairs that require at least a 4ft ramp, and the two boxes that were shipped with clear labels showing the ramp lengths sent.. Phuong.
