Despite some delivery issues I really love this bed. The log cabin look is what I'm aiming for in my home even though it isn't a cabin. Extremely heavy but very well designed and built, easy to assemble even for one person, and storage is a bonus. When it arrived however, there was virtually nothing left of the packaging and it was really just a pile of logs. There were scratches, scuffs, chips, nail puncture holes, it was heartbreaking to see such a quality item damaged only because of woefully inadequate packaging. The delivery men suggested I reject the delivery which I did, and ultimately with fantastic service help from Baillie at Wayfair, everything was remedied. On the 2nd try, I could see they touched up the scuffs and chips on the logs which made them look like natural stressing instead of man made damage. They also replaced the storage sections to address the issue of scratches and nail punctures on those flat pieces. Now that it is assembled and in use I couldn't be happier.
