After having the fan installed buy an electrician and downloading the app I am prompted to pay $4.99 weekly or $29.99 yearly to control the phone using the app. None of this is disclosed in the product description. There is a button in the app to "continue to limited version" which is supposedly free but there is no free version. It simply sends you in an endless loop where you are prompted to pay them to use the app. The manufacturer and product listing are dishonest and you're asking for trouble purchasing this fan. If you lose the remote or the remote brakes, you lose all ability to control the light or the fan. That was the entire purpose of purchasing a smart enabled fan so that if something happened to the remote it doesn't brick the device. This is outright fraud. Do not trust this listing.. Christian. Finally, after a several month delay while we prepped the yard and poured a cement slab, the gazebo is up. It surpasses our expectations in durability, quality, visual appeal....everything! We have a table with four chairs, an outdoor sofa, loveseat, two rocking chairs and a firepit. Our only warning....it is not a one man, or a two man job. We recommend at least three, if not four, of your besties to help with this one. And, don't forget a sturdy ladder, too! It took two days with the second going much faster than the first.. Louise.
