Upon receiving the tub, set up was easy and fast. I filled it with cold water which was a mistake as I wanted to use it soon but it takes a LONG time to heat up. 1 degree per hour! Be prepared for that, even with the cover on it takes a long time. Once heated it stays hot easily. It is comfortable and takes up very little space. The drink tray is very handy and sturdy. I have used it every day since I got it and I just love it. I recommend getting chemicals for the water as emptying it every 3 days as the directions say would be hard as you would have to wait for the water to heat up. There is no need for a step to get in and out of the tub, at least not for me.
