Very pleased with the prompt delivery. BUT we did not receive the "stainless" rack as ordered. As you can see in the pic it is grey silicone coated. There is one basket I cannot fit with the width I need it to be, but it still fits more dishes that my traditional countertop drying rack. The first rack I ordered came in earlier than delivery date but the box was flimsy and not taped thoroughly on the bottom sides and my order was missing a support bracket, (likely lost during shipping). I called right away & requested the bracket via mail but Wayfair sent me another rack & this box looked like it had been punctured by something sharp. Luckily the bracket I needed to complete the original rack was there. Both times parts were loose and not in the little bags which were torn open. There are three support leg screws missing from the replacement order. Inspection by warehouse that they are shipping a complete product would avoid disappointments and further action. Now for the over-the sink storage rack, it is exactly what I needed and once all parts are screwed in, it is very sturdy, attractive and matches the eight cup mug holder I also bought from Wayfair. A little pricey but I needed one tall enough to clear my tall tap & double sink which is exactly like one of the photos on site. Once I have plants to go on it, I will add photos.. Linda-Joy.
