Fantastic quality and worked exactly how I needed it. I do a fresh garden marinara every year. I normally do 8 to 10 rounds of a crock pot. This doesnt allow me to have a consistent taste and texture throughout the cooking process. Not to mention that takes a lot of time. I purchased this stock pot and I was able to do all my marinara in one pot over a small fire to slow cook it. The marinara didnt stick at all and it was fantastic. I also was worried about the outside of the pot because it had soot from the fire on it after I finished, but it cleaned up really well so it looks just as good as when I purchased it..
