I ordered 11 cases - not a single broken tile! Delivery was super fast (Ontario, Canada) I would described the tile as distressedworn dark grey, light grey and white. There is some touches of pale neutral pink around the edges which are to add to the distressed look. We used charcoal grout and to over grout the terracotta seems. Overall 5 stars so far!! The only issue I might mention is that you need to lay the tiles very close together to mimic the spacing on the tiles otherwise you can see that they’re large blocks of tiles and not small tiles.. I ordered 7 boxes of these tiles, which amounted to 70 tiles in total. Although the packaging seemed quite flimsy compared with other Merola tiles I have bought, only 2 of the tiles had broken corners. Not a problem with Wayfair. They immediately offered me a refund or tile replacement for the broken tiles. Despite this minor hiccup, I have given the tiles 5 stars because THEY ARE SOOOOO BEAUTIFUL. Even more beautiful in person than in the photos. In the photos they seem much darker than they are in reality. They are absolutely gorgeous, and provide that old-world touch of personality I was looking for in my very plain laundry/mudroom with Ralph Lauren Silversmith light grey painted walls and white shelving. I have visited many ancient European ruins, and these are actually reminiscent of something I feel I have seen in Rome or Pompei. In our otherwise quite contemporary home I find these tiles are a welcome statement and add wonderful character to simple rooms. Since we have not yet installed the tiles there is no photo yet, but I anticipate the generous 13" size of the tiles will make installation a breeze. 5 STARS! If you’re looking for a farmhouse worn carpet vibe this tile is for you! Delivered without a single tile broken. My biggest issue was choosing the right grout colour. I hummed and hawed for a week straight but I’m incredibly happy with my choice. It blends perfectly! My grout color is WALNUT (prism line see photo). Beware that this tile looks worn and has patinadirty spots. The tiles are random and your installer must spread out the “dirty” looking ones.
