It’s a very attractive table. Very heavy! My kids could not lift the table tops to change from ping pong to pool, on their own. The problem is the pool pockets don’t fit. The corner pockets are misshapen and the side pockets often fall to the ground if a ball falls in. Has anybody found a solution Is it possible to get replacement pockets as these are clearly not the right shape. Any help would be appreciated. Would give 4 stars with a pocket solution.. Sandra. This is a solid product! I love it. Wood is a little darker than it appears on the site. It was well-packaged., in fact it took me a very long time to cut down all that cardboard. Just set it up today!! This thing is awesome!! It’s the perfect size for play and dining! I saw some reviews that said it would take 3 men and 3 hours to assemble, but my daughter did it by herself with zero help in 2 1/2 hours! Really happy with the look of it. The pool cues seem on the cheaper side so hubby ordered new ones. I do wish the table top was a solid wood and not laminate- I can see the edges will get damaged easily. Also the benches are awesome and well made but seem a bit short when you sit at the table, I may try to look for leg extensions so I don’t feel like a little kid at the table . Beautiful table, our guests are always surprised that it is a pool table when we take the dining table slats off. We’ve had it for over 6 months now and it’s holding up well. It was level for a few months when we started playing but we think the materials might be bowing slightly as it’s settling in. We will have to re-level it at some point, but that will require us to re-felt the whole thing. Big process putting it together obviously, but you could get a professional to do it if you don’t have the patience. A small crack also developed in one of the legs, it’s been there for a few months now and hasn’t seem to have gotten any worse thankfully. Product came on time. It was very heavy. 4 people is needed to lift this item. There are couple of scratches on the pool table because it wasn’t heavily wrapped. The felt was charcoal. I wished it was black for an elegant look. The cues it came with is cheaply made. I suggest you buy your own. Good table arrived in good condition tho packing box corners damaged the table inside was 100% and was straightforward putting together install. Fabric is okay -good color true. Bumpers are fairly active. Played this table almost every day with C-19 keeping me home and safe. It's been a true conversation starter even today. Took over my dining room with this table and it's been the most repeatedly used item in the house besides the scrabble board. Holding up well and I am getting better! Best value. complaint? cant fit hand in the slot to retrieve balls easily without scraping oneself, and the balls do not return all the way to the outlet half the time. You have to reach in and up to corners. Lots of fun and laughs; so who can put a price on that joy? Sticks are too long for our space, a bit out of true, and too light, but nice wood finish/tips need scuffing/chalk good. Rack trIANGLE is not quite right and pulls balls away SLIGHTLY when lifting up. Little things a bit out of perfect. Table is a win. Balls are good serious wt. It's not a pool hall slate! We get that. Decent value. Better than seeking on Craigslist. Decent turnaround time. UPDATE THIS TABLE 2022 NOW HAS HELD UP VERY WELL WE HAVE TRAVELED THROUGH COVID WITH THE SUPPORT OF THIS TABLE IT HAS EASED MANY TROUBLED MOMENTS AND PROBABLY THE BEST THING WE HAVE DONE FOR OUR MENTAL HEALTH OVER THESE YEARS NEVER THOUGHT I WOULD SAY SUCH A THING ABOUT A POOL TABLE!
