Hello, I Purchased this item, and it arrived in a plain brown box with a shipping address to me from Wayfair? there was no information of what was inside. the box was all beat up it arrived about April 15th as planned but I waited for the weekend when I had time to open it. Inside was a bag with a pool inside no instructions only a patch kit (yellow) and pool. Had to make sure that it had 4 air chambers without blowing it up. It did (But I wish that it had a picture of the product and instructions or some kind of paper work, to me it is a returned Item put back out there for resale.) I will inflate the pool next month hope there is NO holes in it. very disappointed with the way it was packaged. This is a great pool, we had 4 adults on floaties relaxing all summer. Once you figure out the pump and ALWAYS clean the filter it works. It takes some fiddling. Turn off, LIFT filter mechanism up, it has to be up or the water will flow out, take off lid and keep filter up on a bucket or step, clean filter, put back in and then turn on.................its took a few tries and google but for the price, you have a filtered pool.
