I must say that I am very picky about what I choose for my home. I have ordered 3 dinner sets, 2 from Wayfair and 1 from another store. Amongst them, there also was a very expensive bone china set which I decided to return because of the way this set elegantly stood out on my table. It's very different from the ones you normally see, elegant and classy. One of the packages amongst the 2 that I had ordered was damaged (might have fallen down) and was replaced by Wayfair. I am waiting for the refund from the other set that I had ordered to buy a few more pairs of this set. Great customer service by Wayfair & thanks to Portmeirion for making a sturdy affordable and elegant set like this one. I will be looking out for more products from you!. Shilpa.
