I suffer from a chronic inability to keep my kitchen cabinets organized. When I first bought these, I wasn't expecting a miracle, but after using them for nearing two weeks, I have to admit that a miracle is almost exactly what I got. I went into it with the basic measurements needed, horribly disorganized cabinets, and a compulsion to make it work - that and a desire to throw my pots and pans away and never cook again. I bought a few different styles because I wasn't sure how they might work together, and I had to force myself to think about how I'd need to organize once the drawers were installed.
Install was fairly straightforward - just make sure of your measurements before buying - and follow the directions provided. Watch your side clearances for pot handles. Be aware your lids will lean. Narrower drawers and wider cabinet doors might allow you to do two pieces side by side, but mind your side and top clearances! If you have a maze of plumbing under your sink (who doesn't?) pay extra attention to your measurements! Nesting your pots from largest to smallest might seem obvious, but it's so helpful it had to be mentioned.
While my ideas going in were different than my end results, the results do speak for themselves: I no longer curse up a storm when I go to grab a frying pan lid - I giggle. I will definitely be spending more money on these to complete my adventure in organizing.. Hans. Norwood, ON. 2024-05-15 19:06:39
