Arrived in two boxes very quickly. The instructions were pretty clear. We were half way through the assembly process before we realized we have completed a step in the wrong direction. It was at this point we noticed that there were letters on each piece. They are the same color as the unit itself so we missed them in the beginning. Once we got over that misstep it all came together very quickly and easily. I only wish it was a bit bigger. It’s perfect for patio storage and for storing the grandkids yard toys. I also read reviews that said it took others three hours, so I was concerned how long it may take me! In the end, it only took an hour and a half to assemble. It was light and easy to move to the are I needed it and fastened it to the base. Nothing was missing - in fact, there were a lot of fasteners left over!
