I’m very happy with this cook ware. I was a bit hesitant in getting them due to some bad reviews. I have been using them for almost a month now and I have no complaints. The only complaint is the not so coppery colour but other than that they’re great. Very easy to clean. Love them. Just make them more coppery and i’ll go for the second set . Valentina. These are just okay for me. I find they easily burn food. I’ve been cooking for decades and haven’t had as many meals stick to the bottom of the pots and pans as they have with these. I cooked bacon on my lowest setting (see photo), soaked the pan in warm sudsy water and most of the ‘burn’ came off with elbow power but still had dirt marks. It was only restored to its former shiny glory buy using Barkeepers Friend and scrubbing again. For the pot you can see how the bottom looks after cleaning it from cooking rice. I’ll have to constantly use Barkeepers Friend. I’m only giving 3 stars as my previous 12 year old set did not give me this much cleaning grief and I’ll be dragging back out my non-stick pan to cook most of my meals in.. Colleen. They look great, the pots are either too big or too small, miss a medium one. Works great even without oil. The biggest issue is that you cannot use it in high heat, the bottom is getting darker... and with a few weeks of use, it is already peeling off the white layer on the edges.. Multi-ply clad construction is a combination of a 1.8 stainless steel interior with a multi-element aluminum core and exterior polished copper. Copper is an excellent material for heat conductivity and professional chefs like to use copper cookware to have precise heat control for perfect cooking performance. Discoloration: copper polish exterior looks elegant, however copper is very sensitive, and oxygen in the air, makes it tarnished even when not in use. When heating copper cookware, discoloration happens much faster. Regular polish is needed, even not in use. Do not wash in the dishwasher, wipe dry immediately, and lightly polish use a dry cloth, water residue on the surface will make it stain and tarnish. Cookware cleaner such as "Barkeepers Friend" is recommended to polish and restore the shine of copper.
