The top of the computer desk has some scratches and the trim piece that goes on the front was very poorly finished. There was excess glue on the front of the door and I’m not sure how to remove it without damaging the finish. The front piece of the keyboard had a large chip out of it which I assume was done at the factory because the box did not have any visible damage to it. It looks like it was dropped on a hard surface. Is there a cherry coloured repair tool available for the scratches? I’ve contacted Sauder and they are sending a replacement part for the keyboard tray.. James. . 2024-12-09 14:53:07

A few things I really like about this chair: - Looks awesome! - The massage function is great. - Came almost pre-assembled - we just had to prop it onto the feet/wheels of the chair, which came in the same box, but separate from the top part of the chair. - The material is great quality. - The armrests - although not soft, since they're wooden, are very comfortable. - It's super relaxing and comfy when it's in the "lying down" position. Things I don't like about this chair: - It was super heavy to bring it inside of the house. - When sitting upright, there's very little back support, despite it advertising lumbar support. Therefore, we had to think of a pillow to keep the back upright. - You have to be super careful when turning or bending sideways even slightly. The chair tipped and fell when my mom simply extended her hand to pet our cat. On my old office chair, which was significantly less expensive and which was much simpler than this one, this wasn't an issue and you could move more freely anywhere and however you want.
