This bed is easy to put together and a nice height from the floor. Have been using it for about a month and don't have anything bad to say about it. Wasn't super expensive and seems solid so far. My only complaint is on the shipping. They used fed ex which I hate. The driver left my package outside on the side walk instead of delivering to my front door. thankfully it was so heavy no one stole it. Make sure you have 2 people to pick it up. The package weighs like 150-200 pounds. My package also came damaged but thankfully, they used enough Styrofoam that it didn’t damage the frame. Making this bed is easy, our mattress is a Saatva Firm at 14”. Mattress drops nicely and fills the platform leaving a small gap to tuck sheets. Mattresses nowadays are very heavy but this bed allows picking up the corners without throwing out your back. Bed stays in place with no squeaking or cracking sounds. Ours arrived flawlessy. This bed is beautiful! It shows a bit darker in the room than photos, but that is expected with different lighting. This was a gift for my brother and his wife. They needed a new bed and their queen sized wasn't cutting it anymore! He's a large guy, 6'4" tall so he needed a good sturdy bed. Assembly was pretty difficult compared to other beds we've assembled. We still have to do the drawers for under the bed and will update when I assemble them. So far, he really likes it. Very happy with the shipping. Came fast and no damage. The directions were fairly easy but could have a bit more clearer instructions in some areas. Took 2 of us about 1.5 hours. The perfect bed frame. Wanted something simple, leaning towards mid-century modern, but not too showy. Gorgeous walnut color and was very easy to put together. My partner and I have been sleeping on it for months now and have had zero issues with it. I will say I ran into the corner one time and had a massive bruise on my leg, but that’s on me.
