I ordered this beautiful accent chair and it was delivered very quickly and best thing was it required no assembly at all. Completes the whole look of my entrance way. I had another wayfair loveseat on the front, now this one to complement the entryway. Only issue I had was little loose threads that are in the last pic. Saw them as soon as i opened the box. I gave 3 stars because the chair arrived with two 3L arm bras instead of a 3L and 3R. Therefore, I filled out a form and sent pictures to show this and requested a 3R arm bra please be sent. Yesterday I received an email saying a replacement chair was coming instead of just the 3R arm bra I need. Therefore, I went on Chat with a live person and tried to explain that I didn't need a whole chair just the 3R arm bra. The next thing I know the replacement chair is being cancelled, so I went on a live Chat again with a different person and said to not cancel the replacement chair if it is the only way for me to get the 3R arm bra needed. If they could promise me a 3R arm bra was going to be sent, then fine cancel the chair, but if not I need the chair to get the part. I have an ill husband right now and had to leave the chat for a few minutes to help him. When I got back the second person was gone and a third person was on Chat. Super comfy took about 20 minutes to put together very easily! The cushion is firm, which I love, and I feel like it will be comfy for a long time. I love the armrests - most gliders I see are these square arms that dont look comfy or sturdy at all, especially for a nursery!
