Bought this bed for my very elderly Mom, she loves it which makes me happy. We especially love the option to lower the legs on the bed to 8” makes it so much easier for her to get in and out of bed. Box arrived in good condition and its a pretty good mattress! I found it based on a review on a mattress review site called Mattress Grader, though I also bought the quatro sleep one they suggested for my kid and it was cheaper, and felt like the same quality for me. The thing i liked about the Nora was that its 12 inches which fit my bed sheets really well. I dont think it actually matters though from a comfort standpoint, since its not like you sink that much into the mattress anyway. I think depending on the bed sheets you have a 10 inch might fit better. Deep pockets vs. Normal pockets. What i didnt like was the fact that theres lots of bed in a box companies out there so its hard to decide. I did notice that a lot of reviews on the nora are from wayfair employees which was suspect. Not that im unhappy or anything with the mattress but knowing what I know now Id probably just have bought two quatro mattresses and saved a couple hundred bucks. Both mattresses came with a removal cover which is nice incase you have a dog or a wife that likes to eat snacks in bed. If you have never bought a mattress in a box before, don't worry, you'll love it :) Before the Nora and the Quatro I always bought my mattress from the store, and paid 2K to get a good one. These are AWESOME and cheaper, ill never go back. If you are worried about a foam mattress feeling like you are "sinking" into it, trust me it doesnt feel that way.
