UPDATE- after some back and forth the vender sent me a new unit, it came and was perfect with no flaws. I am very disappointed with the vender. It been almost 2 weeks of back and forth emails with no resolution. While the unit is beautiful mine came with 2 issues, the back panel was slightly damaged and the top pull out area is crocked, this unit is sitting in my front entryway and it’s such an eye sore when you walk in. The vender offered me a 20 refund. I said no, all I wanted was the replacement part, then the vendor said they would send a new unit within 3-5 business days, after a few days the vendor send another email stating I needed to agree with returning the damaged unit before they can send the replacement. (I never asked for a new unit, I only needed the parts that were damaged sent). I explained all I needed was the parts, a few days after that email I received another one stating they may require me to take the parts from the new unit I need and send back the rest, this is ridiculous, all I wanted was the parts sent to me. I do not drive so to have to find a ride and go to the post office to send it back is an unnecessary extra step, I do not understand how this could be so difficult all they need to do is send the part that I need.
