This stand wasn't exactly what I was looking for. I did a long research in different stores including all the variety of stands that Wayfair carry and this one advertises a "simple" height adjustment which was the feature I was looking for. Being able to unscrew or use a lever to adjust the height of the stand easily whenever I want to watch the tv from either my couch, kitchen or dining table. However I actually have to take the tv off the stand in order to adjust the height which I don't want to do 4+ times a day so I had to keep it in a permanent height.
