Beautiful designed tiles. However there were couple issues I had. I ordered 3 cases of these tiles for my bathroom remodel, and one of case had majority number of chipped/cracked tiles. The other issue I had was that several of the tiles had a faint line going across the tile due to the printing process onto the tile. 5 stars for customer service and the actual look and feel of the tile. 1 star for the shipping. I’m obsessed with how the tiles looked when they arrived and even more now that they are up in my daughter’s bathroom. They are perfect. Unfortunately the shipping is a nightmare because the majority of my boxes came with cracked and smashed tiles. They tried to shrink wrap and bubble wrap the tiles but there was no indication on boxes that they were fragile items (not that that always helps) and it was very clear that they were thrown around like crazy during shipment. My tiles were replaced, but even with that the new boxes came with most tiles broken.
