Have had this pergola for three years now and it’s still in great shape. I live in a hurricane prone area and it’s still standing. I would suggest you get some 4x4 wood to put inside the poles. Step-by-step instructions make installation easy. Kit includes all hardware/fasteners for the eyebrow pergola construction except for fasteners going into your actual structure (structural fasteners). Structural fasteners vary based on your structure's material. If you are unsure of the structural elements behind the attachment point, it is recommended you purchase and fasten in a 2x10 treated wood ledger board and then use our provided decorative ledger board over top.

UPDATE: After a final round of conversation , wayfair did finally accommodate us a refund of the item I Would like to write a review? However, the item shipped missing multiple parts,AND It came three days later Than wayfair texted it's delivery. To be fair, however, they did offer reimbursement for the late delivery. Unfortunately, that still didn't offset the fact that parts still haven't been delivered three weeks after asking for replacements. Additionally wayfair stopped answering emails. The listed company doesn't answer emails or answer. Voicemails left on Ashley's voicemail. All in all haven't spent many thousands of dollars. I probably will not return for additional purchases..
