Napoleon Stylus Cara Elite Smart Wall Hanging Electric Fireplace - NEFP32-5019W-IOT - 59-Inches Wide

Bought a little less than a month ago and now no longer turns on. Napoleon support can never be reached via phone it hangs up on you. For the short few weeks it worked, the app is terrible (read the app reviews) most settings are unavailable and it only connects every once in a while. It becomes out of sync if you use the touch or remote controls.

The birch logs go great with the white wood around the fireplace and the different ember glow colors make this stand out! The remote is simple to use and the install couldn't be easier. They even supplied cord covers to cover the power cord to the outlet for a nice bonus!

And so easy to install and hang in any room to add a perfect focal point to the room. I love the digital read out of the outside temp, the technology is amazing being able to control with Alexa!!
