When it was delivered we noticed it had a small dent on the side and a minor scuff mark. Fortunately, nothing is visible. We were fairly offered a reduction in cost if we’d like to keep it vs exchange. It was installed today and looks great. LOVE it! I can't even begin to describe how my little "Herbie The Love Washer" has made my life easier! I nicknamed it Herbie, after Herbie The Love Bug, I even got stickers for it, see pics lol. Excessive love for an appliance?? Nah! LoL Being disabled and having acute lower back issues, washing dishes by hand was always a pain, literally, especially being 6'6" with low countertops. This was an absolutely perfect addition to the RV, and with an Eco mode that operates for 1.25hrs and only consumes about 300 watts and 10.5L of water, it's a very light draw on the battery bank when Boondocking. I installed it under the sink and it's so quiet I can't even tell it's operating when the cabinet doors are closed. Dishwasher is great! Has a nice, neat look and doesn't take up much space. Super easy to hook up to the kitchen tap and comes with everything you need to do so! It works amazing.. Our dishes have been extremely clean, even took out old coffee stains out of mugs that couldn't be removed by hand! Shipping was good.. It took about 2 weeks to get across country from B.C.
