Would have gotten a higher rating but it arrived with one of the racks wood facing unattached with the screws loose inside the fridge. Attempts to reattach have been impossible as it appears the screws were pulled out and the holes in the wood no longer work with the supplied screws. Also there was a dent in the side of the front opposite that door handle, it was almost like this was a repackaged item rather than a new one as some of the screws that we were supposed to have to install we're already in place in the door rather than in the packaging of screws. The locking latch although it does lock the wine fridge does not help ensure the seal is tight as it is very loose and the door can be partially opened while in the locked position That's the bad now for the good. It works exactly as described, which took a long time to find as the option to have a two zone that cooled below 54 in both zones seem to be difficult to achieve. It is extremely quiet we hardly ever even know it's running. It's overall look is very appealing. It does seem to hold about 28 bottles of varying sizes including champagne bottles although you do have to make sure which racks you choose. It would make it a little easier to load if the racks came out a little further but that's not a deal breaker. Did find it hard to find ways to reach out to Wayfair in regards to the issues of the fridge as finding my order and contact information on the website seem to be difficult. So, have loved this wine fridge for 3 12 years. Perfectly quiet, ran like a dream then just stopped cooling. Got an appliance repair guy in (at 100.00)to see what he thought the problem was. Just as I expected, the compressor. He said to fix it would cost me more than the fridge is worth….so it’s a really poor investment of 1000 only to last 3 12 years.
