The tub itself is beautiful, however it arrived with cosmetic damage to the one side of the tub rim. Wayfair customer service was excellent to deal with and they ended up sending me a replacement for free. Unfortunately, the replacement also arrived with damage to the tub finish, though not on the side that will be visible once installed. Not wanting to give it a third try, we will just be installing the second one received. Wayfair did compensate for the damage by offering a partial refund. Needed a tub that was just a little smaller than the standard size. This one worked out. Overall the tub is great. Only complaint is the placement of the the plugstopper. Right in centre.
