Overall well made but some improvements are needed. Very poor installation instructions. Clock on the unit comes with military time only and can't be changed. That in it self is ridiculous with all the technology in the world now a days you would think changing the clock from military time to standard time would be possible.. Craig. This range hood is powerful and quiet. The lights do a great job of lighting up the cooking surface. It is very classy, as well as functional however, we had more installation success via YouTube than the instruction booklet. The hardware supplied is very small for larger hands. Been using now for one year after new kitchen reno, unit works great, 3 speeds, medium & high are a bit loud, low is ok, but if cooking a steak, needs high to clear odors. lights are actually more daylight color so cooler not warmer, (not matching my under counters).
