Good day, I have not received this part to date. I am trying to be patient. However, I am getting a bit frustrated. One of our pups almost choked to death because she got stuck in the loose part of the fencing that goes around the kennel. And, on top of that the door is constantly falling off. If this is normal I am sure I am not the only one to have an issue with it. If you or the manufacturer have any solutions please let me know. Sorry to sound so annoyed but this is a very busy time for our ranch/farm and this issue is taking up valuable time, causing stress as we are concerned for our pups. I didn't actually set up the playpen because I felt the color/finish was quite different from what is portrayed online. I acknowledge the description indicates this is a durable hammer finish and the color is grey, however, the images give the impression it is closer to black than the very metallic silver finish the playpen in fact came with. If you don't mind this finish, I trust this would be an amazing product, however, it did not match my home interior at all so I returned it to purchase a black alternative.. Danuta.
