Happy with everything so far but there is one issue that needs to be resolved. The plastic receivers in the toilet for the wall hung portion has plastic threads. When tightening screw to fasten to wall, the pressure needed to hold toilet in place pushes on the plastic threads and you cannot get enough pressure to hold in place. This area needs to have metal sleeve inserts so it can be tighten properly. I need replacement parts so I can attach toilet to the wall as I cannot use the toilet now as it cannot be attached. This toilet looks great, and functions very well. The concealed tank was easy to install, however the toilet itself needed a bit of a wall plate modifications and had to be installed by a professional plumber. The tank refill time is quick, and it’s not too loud being that it’s inside the wall. This review is being written 2.5 years after installation, and it’s in our master bathroom. So it gets used often. The only thing that failed so far is a slow close mechanism on the lid. The seat mechanism still works fine. I would advise to buy an extra seat set ( Very easy replacement btw), and put it away somewhere just in case, as those replacement seats will probably not be available in a short future.. Jacek. Had my heart set on the wall hung toilets but hind site,,, wasn’t worth the money effort. Not much easier to clean which was my reason for getting it. Functions well and it is a convo piece - get a good plumber. Mine was a moron! Got 2 and he hung them too low, made him remove reinstall now I’m just disappointed. He threw away the clips on the side so two are missing, just an idiot. Would love it if I could get 2 clips to replace what the plumber threw out! Can’t find them here to buy or anywhere. Sheri.
