Very impressed with this faucet! I got it for a steal of a deal. It looks super sleek, and installation was a breeze. The package arrived a bit banged up and the box looked like it had been previously opened, so I was worried at first…. But upon inspection it was in perfect condition. I’ve had it installed for only about a month but so far I’ve had zero issues. Would definitely recommend if you’re on a budget! Update March 2025 - almost 3 years later and it was still going strong. Very nice solid faucet. Our old faucet had very weak pressure both on stream and spray. This one is very strong. The spray feature cannot be adjusted to narrow or wide and is more on the narrow side but has plenty of pressure for blasting away food debris from dishes. Very easy to install no issues. Connections are quick fit. It is a large faucet. At first we thought it may be too large for our counter and sink. Once installed, it looks good. If you are looking for a more subdued look you may want a small faucet but if you are looking for one that stands out, this is it. Have been using it for three weeks now and so far so good. This white kitchen faucet is absolutely beautiful. I like the height, and the clean look. Yes, the spray pull down part is plastic, but that’s fine. Everything else is metal. The water pressure is great. I turned the water down a bit when I use the spray nozzle, so the water doesn’t spray all over the place. The plumber loved it and asked where I got it. Update: We have now installed this tap and it is solid and gorgeous, and has terrific water pressure AND the pull down feature is well made as well. For the price, it just can’t be beat! I may change my review once we have it installed, depending on the water pressure and how it holds up, but I'll tell you that upon first glance this tap is gorgeous, a lovely matte black colour, and has come packaged like it is made of glass or something!! I love the look of this faucet and the faucet for the most part however the weight on the pull-down keeps falling off. It’s very difficult to secure correctly. I can’t seem to close it tight enough so the magnetic pull down portion keeps hanging down a bit. I’m going to have to see if I can purchase a new weight that might fit better.. Ashley.
