It's exactly what we wanted and more. Didn't know the upper shelf can actually be adjusted to whatever height you like, and sturdy! I called Rev-A-Shelf customer service on Monday because I thought I was missing a part. Everything was done through email and the customer service was fast and accurate. Turns out I had all the parts, it was the manual that was incorrect. They provided manual in a PDF format and by Tuesday afternoon I was installing the Lazy Susan.
