Great size for Toddlers! It says for ages 2-10, but I think it would be too small for kids 5+, but its perfect for my 17 month old! It took me approximately 10 hrs total to do it on my own (minus the slide that I still have to do - wish that came already together!). Yes some of the wood does split unfortunately but other than that it went together well with clear instructions. Also, I LOVE the little kitchen stove it comes with! I didn't realize the blender actually works and the pots make bubbling and sizzling sounds! I held off putting it in the playhouse because my little guy loves playing with it inside. Well loved by the daycare kids! We especially like that it folds down to flat for storage so we can keep changing the toys up (so they don’t get bored).
