Was fairly simply to assemble, the instructions are some of the best I've seen. But there is definitely some design flaws. Joints don't line up flush. Balls constantly fall off the return track. This is really amazing but I will say this was a HUGE pain to put together! You for sure need 2 sometimes 3 people to assemble. It took about 5 hours to put together. We have had this for over 2 years and have recently had to move it to a new house. Moved successfully in 2 pieces. Great fun for everyone. Still a favorite game! Great lights and sound!
