I purchased this one year ago, knowing that it was going to be small, but my kids quickly outgrew it. My kids are currently about 48"-50" tall and they're just about too big for the "tree house" part. One cannot get down the slide anymore. We have the swings as high as they can go and their feet are dragging on the ground. This was definitely better when they were smaller. It's better suited to kids under age 5. The set took about three days to assemble, including delays to get replacement materials. One of the main supporting boards was cracked, and another board split when the screw was driven in. Wayfair customer service was great and gave us a credit to offset the cost of the new boards we needed to purchase. Overall, it was a great deal and we were lucky to get it during the initial pandemic lockdown. It's held up through 4 seasons, and was used during the winter months with no breakdown of the wood or accessories. I'd recommend it if you have younger or smaller children. Very easy to assemble. Solid construction and quality wood. The footprint is bigger than we expected as the A-frame is quite wide, but overall we are very happy. We purchased some bucket seats separately for our toddler to use until they are old enough for the swings which come with the set. It took myself and my husband longer than expected to put this together. Reviews said a few hours it took Double that. The slide came with a scratch on the top which could actually scratch my child, I will have to fold it down. Not as sturdy but for the price will Make little one happy. Great little set, definitely download the bilt app as others have noted. It will take a full day with two people...learn from our mistakes: Take everything out and group them by letter labels on the boards, also organize numerically (do the same for the hardware). We used wood glue on tower to give it a little extra structural integrity. Lastly, it says to just drill screws into the plastic hinge strip for the door, but DEFINITELY drill pilot holes first into the board it's attached to or that whole board will crack/split. Pros: looks good, seems pretty sturdy, instruction manual very clear Cons: each piece is labelled but a couple were labelled incorrectly and many pieces of wood were labelled really poorly (couldn't see the actual numbers/letters).
