Very easy to assemble. Solid construction and quality wood. The footprint is bigger than we expected as the A-frame is quite wide, but overall we are very happy. We purchased some bucket seats separately for our toddler to use until they are old enough for the swings which come with the set. I purchased this one year ago, knowing that it was going to be small, but my kids quickly outgrew it. My kids are currently about 48"-50" tall and they're just about too big for the "tree house" part. One cannot get down the slide anymore. We have the swings as high as they can go and their feet are dragging on the ground. This was definitely better when they were smaller. It's better suited to kids under age 5. The set took about three days to assemble, including delays to get replacement materials. One of the main supporting boards was cracked, and another board split when the screw was driven in. Wayfair customer service was great and gave us a credit to offset the cost of the new boards we needed to purchase. Overall, it was a great deal and we were lucky to get it during the initial pandemic lockdown. It's held up through 4 seasons, and was used during the winter months with no breakdown of the wood or accessories. I'd recommend it if you have younger or smaller children.
