This thing is gorgeous. High quality wood piece with concaved handles on the side for handling and a liquids channel around the edge of the top side (a necessity). I needed an extra large one for pizza prep, pizza serving and as a charcuterie board for entertaining. I washed it and treated it with cutting board oil prior to use. Perfect little board for quick, everyday jobs. It’s thick and solid and doesn’t move when you cut. It hasn’t warped or rotted, washes easily. The handle cutouts are helpful and don’t get in the way if you want to use the other side. It was a little rough and maybe could’ve been sanded a bit more, but honestly that’s nit-picking.
