There is some scratch on griddle I reported to all-clad customer service they asked me to email the photo and bill and product number but nobody answered!the set not really useful the griddle no lid and one large pot and small saucepan not Any size between. Switched from non-stick to stainless cookware and decided to go with Meyer as they seemed to be a reputable Canadian company. So far the cookware has held up, is easy to clean and I haven’t had any issues cooking on it. I did receive a pot with rust spots on the handle and immediately reached out to customer service when activating my warranty. They responded weeks later asking for images I had already provided and have yet to respond again… wouldn’t recommend them for their customer service.
