Good day, I have not received this part to date. I am trying to be patient. However, I am getting a bit frustrated. One of our pups almost choked to death because she got stuck in the loose part of the fencing that goes around the kennel. And, on top of that the door is constantly falling off. If this is normal I am sure I am not the only one to have an issue with it. If you or the manufacturer have any solutions please let me know. Sorry to sound so annoyed but this is a very busy time for our ranch/farm and this issue is taking up valuable time, causing stress as we are concerned for our pups. This is a follow up to the review i previously submitted. The quality and design of the kennel is great, but if you have a destructive dog like mine they can still wreck it, mine forced it to totally bend from a square to a different shape, and was able to bite and bend the fencing trying to get out. Arrived within the dates they advised. Needs more than one person to put together. Very sturdy and my dog doesn’t mind going in it while I’m working outside since I don’t have a fenced yard with living out in the country and our street can get busy at times with cars, trucks and tractors.
