They look great, the pots are either too big or too small, miss a medium one. Works great even without oil. The biggest issue is that you cannot use it in high heat, the bottom is getting darker... and with a few weeks of use, it is already peeling off the white layer on the edges.. These are just okay for me. I find they easily burn food. I’ve been cooking for decades and haven’t had as many meals stick to the bottom of the pots and pans as they have with these. I cooked bacon on my lowest setting (see photo), soaked the pan in warm sudsy water and most of the ‘burn’ came off with elbow power but still had dirt marks. It was only restored to its former shiny glory buy using Barkeepers Friend and scrubbing again. For the pot you can see how the bottom looks after cleaning it from cooking rice. I’ll have to constantly use Barkeepers Friend. I’m only giving 3 stars as my previous 12 year old set did not give me this much cleaning grief and I’ll be dragging back out my non-stick pan to cook most of my meals in.. Colleen. I chose this set because of the manufacturing place and process, materials used, price point, design, and sizes. Just got it 2 days ago. I was disappointed by their weights and that the lids do not fit as snugly as I believe they should. I also found some discolouration inside largest pot. If I had seen this set in person I would not have purchased. I’ll keep them and see how well they perform. I’ve used the Dutch oven once to make a soup and the smallest pot to reheat. Heat conductivity seems good. Overall, I’m not very impressed with this set but I don’t dislike it enough to return it immediately.. Anonymous. . 2025-03-02 11:21:06
